Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy, Eston Pyle received information this morning on a possible location for Phillip Trewhitt, who is wanted by Law Enforcement for Attempted 1st Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault. While driving by 6318 Champion Road today, he observed the fugitive walking out the front door of apartment A. The suspect was arrested and placed in custody without incident.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Division was notified and responded to the scene to transport Mr. Trewhitt to the Hamilton County Jail for processing on the outstanding warrants.
