UPDATED INFORMATION HCSO Deputies Make Arrest in Shooting on Dayton Pike
Hamilton County, TN - On September 5, 2016, at approximately 7:00 pm, Donald Stuard II, (29 years of age), was taken into custody by Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office detectives at a residence in Rhea County with the assistance of Rhea County Sheriff’s Office deputy’s in reference to the shooting that occurred earlier tonight at 13424 Dayton Pike.
Information obtained from eye witnesses of the shooting provided law enforcement with key information that led to the arrest of Stuard. A mugshot may not be available at this point as the
booking process is still underway.
Donald Stuard II is currently being processed and will be booked at the Hamilton County Jail on charges related to the shooting of Adam Brown, 33 years of age.
The victim, Adam Brown, continues to receive medical treatment at a local hospital.

Hamilton County, TN – At approximately 5:15 pm tonight, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to 13424 Dayton Pike to the BP Gas Station for the report of a person shot.
As this event just occurred, details are very limited at this time. Patrol personnel have requested detectives to the scene. The status of the victim is not known at this time; however the victim was transported via HCEMS to a local hospital.
