HCSO Completes Two Lengthy Investigations - Results in Arrest of Two Registered Sex Offenders
Hamilton County, TN - Today, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division concluded two separate lengthy investigations with the arrest of two registered sex offenders.
Christopher Kling (28 years of age) from Signal Mountain was charged with a nineteen (19) count indictment on 2-18-2016 after information was presented this week to the Hamilton County Grand Jury.
Kling was charged with six (6) counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means, six (6) counts of Solicitation of a Minor, five (5) counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and two (2) counts of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. The charges stem from Kling soliciting a minor for sex via electronic communications, possession of child pornography and electronic transmission of child pornography. Kling’s bail was set at $250,000.
In a separate investigation, Jon Booker (35 years of age) from Red Bank was charged with a twenty (20) count indictment on 02-18-2016 after information was presented to the Hamilton County Grand Jury this week.
Booker was charged with twenty (20) counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. The charges stem from Booker being in possession of numerous images consistent with child pornography on his personal computer during a criminal investigation. Booker’s bail was set at $125,000.
