Hamilton County, TN - Sheriff Jim Hammond announces that members of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division (CID) has concluded a three month investigation involving the life threatening injuries of a one year old child with the arrest of Lyndsey Cheyenne Brock on 1-11-16.

The incident in question took place at 9322 Smith Cemetery Road in the unincorporated area of Hamilton County on 9-16-15.

The case was presented to the Hamilton County Grand Jury and an indictment was issued against Brock for Aggravated Child Abuse.

Members of the Criminal Investigation Division located and arrested Brock this afternoon, and she was booked into the Hamilton County Jail where she is currently being held on a $250,000 bond.
