Underage teen drinking on Lantern Ridge Lane

On February 21, 2009, at approximately 12:00 a.m., the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to 3703 Lantern Ridge Lane on the report of a loud party and possible underage drinking. When Deputies arrived on the scene, they observed numerous parties running away from the address and going into a nearby wooded area. Upon entering the residence they found over fifty partiers ranging in age from seventeen years to twenty years of age. Deputies also found numerous kegs of beer along with some liquor. It was determined the house was in control of John Kimsey age 18, and James Reason age 18.

John Kimsey was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia and Drinking Under Age, while James Reason was arrested and charged with Simple Assault on a Officer and Drinking Under Age. There were sixteen adults ranging in age from eighteen to twenty years old who were given a citation for Drinking under age. Also twelve juveniles received a citation for Drinking under age and turned over to their parents.
