Updated information on Jeffery Elder who was arrested yesterday by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Fugitive Division. The Fugitive warrant was issued from Hemphill, Texas (Sabine County). The original charge is Debit or Credit Card Abuse.

Mr. Elder has refused to sign the extradition order and a Governor’s warrant has been started. This could take up to 90 days to complete. When it is received here it will be taken before a Criminal Court Judge for review and at that time the defendant will be remanded to the state of Texas.
