On 1/2/2015, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division arrested Juan Pedro Pascual at the Hamilton County Jail for one count of theft over 10000 (auto theft) and one count of Burglary of an auto. The theft occurred on 12/15/2014 in the Shallowmeade Drive area of East Brainerd. The arrest was made due to the cooperation of the public after viewing a news media release of surveillance photographs showing the suspect at the Highway 153 Mapco.
