Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to 5603 River Glade Drive yesterday, May 6, 2014 at approximately 6:00 p.m. on a reported 35 year old unconscious male.

When deputies arrived on scene they were informed that the unconscious male identified as Guy Milici was in the master bedroom located at the end of the hallway. As the bedroom door was opened, deputies were confronted by Mr. Milici who was pointing an AR 15 style assault rifle with a bayonet at them. The deputies were able to grab the barrel and then push the suspect back into the bedroom. He struggled fiercely, resisting all efforts to subdue him and was tased to gain control.

Information was received from family members that several incidents have occurred in the home where Mr. Milici has fired the weapon inside the home, pointed it at his wife and shot and destroyed a TV. He also attempted to harm his mother by choking her during one of these events.

Mr. Guy Milici was arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Domestic Assault, three counts of Aggravated Assault on Police, three counts of Reckless Endangerment and one count of Child Abuse & Neglect. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
