On February 22, 2014 at approximately 10:37 p.m. deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office were called to the 6200 block of State Route 60 on a traffic crash with entrapment. The investigation showed a 1995 red Pontiac Firebird operated by Stacey Ratcliff age 67 was traveling south bound on State Route 60 and entered the north bound lane striking a 2002 Blue Dodge pickup truck. Mr. Ratcliff was extricated from the his vehicle and transported to an area hospital by Life Force. The two occupants of the other vehicle (Dodge Truck) identified as Wayne Smith age 67 and Heather Lynne age 21 were transported to an area hospital by Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services for medical treatment.

This investigation is on-going and being handled by the HCSO Traffic Division.
