Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s

Office Narcotics Division initiated an prescription fraud investigation involving Serve-Rite Facility Services and owners Paul and Diane Brinson.

The investigation revealed evidence showing that the owners of the professional office cleaning company were responsible for taking several prescription pads along with an ink signature pad. This property belonged to several doctors who had hired the Brinson’s company, Serve-Rite Facility Services to clean their offices. The Brinson’s forged several prescriptions to obtain a controlled substance by fraud.

This investigation resulted in the arrest of both Diane and Paul Brinson, who were charged with several counts of Obtaining Controlled Substance by Fraud. The case and investigation is on-going and additional charges may follow.
