Please advise the public as well as residents who reside on the W Road of additional traffic issues.

A driver of a fully loaded 18-Wheeler decided to travel the W Road although it is marked closed to traffic. While trying to turn the rig around and proceed back down the W Road, the 18-Wheeler rolled. Residents who live above 3556 Spiegel Drive are now blocked until the 18-wheeler can be removed. Tennessee Highway Patrol have been called to work this crash.
