On Monday, March 4, 2013 evidence was presented to the Hamilton County Grand Jury regarding allegations of criminal sexual acts committed by James Robert Dickson. These acts were alleged to have been committed in Hamilton County between 2007 until 2012.

Indictments were returned from the Grand Jury charging James Robert Dickson with three(3)counts of Rape of a Child and seven (7) counts of Statutory Rape by an Authority Figure.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Division arrested Mr. Dickson today, March 13, 2013 charging him with the indictments returned by the Grand Jury. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
