On February 20, 2013 Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division received information pertaining to comments found on the Face book page belonging to William Heath Skiles. William Skiles wrote that he intended to kill a HCSO Deputy or any law enforcement officer who wanted to cross him. The posting indicates this threat is in retaliation for a Deputies earlier traffic stop of Mr. Skiles wife where she received a Misdemeanor Citation. Additionally, the posting had numerous anti-government comments.

William Heath Skiles was arrested earlier today and transported to the Hamilton County Jail where was booked on the charge of Retaliation for Past Actions and is under a $175,000 dollar bond.
