The Criminal Investigation Division of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is releasing additional information pertaining to the recent death of Eric C. Warnock.

The Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office is waiting on toxicology results, however preliminary indications regarding the death of Eric C. Warnock appears to indicate a death by drowning.

At this time there is no creditable evidence or information that would indicate the death was a result of foul play.
