A work detail from C.C.A. was mowing grass around Sequoyah Vocational Technical Center yesterday, September 10, 2012. At approximately 10:30 a.m. Robert Lee Neal who was part of the work detail mowing was seen leaving (without permission) the area in a maroon vehicle.

Robert Lee Neal is a w/m 22 5’ 1” weighing 135 lbs. and is from the Soddy Daisy area of Hamilton County. He has a lengthy arrest history and was incarcerated at C.C.A. on charges of Theft, Possession of Controlled Substance, three counts of Vandalism, Evading Arrest and Driving on Revoked. He is now facing the additional charge of Escape.
