The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting “Operation Crossover 11” on October 23, 24, 2008. The staging location will be Finley Stadium, south side gate, 1826 Carter Street.

The goal of this special operation will be to seek out and arrest anyone with outstanding warrants in Hamilton County and neighboring counties in order to provide safer communities for our citizens.

This roundup is a cooperative effort coordinated by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the following agencies: Federal Bureau of Investigation, U. S. Secret Service, Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearm (ATF), United States Marshalls, Tennessee Board of Probation & Parole, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Rhea County Sheriff’s Office, Chattanooga Police Department and Hamilton County Community Corrections.

We would like to invite the media to a press conference on October 24, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Finley Stadium. If any member of the media would like to ride with an officer to film coverage of this event, they must be available at the end of the press conference.
