Nan Helmrick has spent the last thirty one years as a member of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office family. She is currently assigned as secretary to the Chief of Corrections but will now join the ranks of the retired. A going away party was held today honoring Nan with a special video message sent from Sheriff Jim Hammond who is out of town. Chief Alan Branum presented Nan with several mementos from the Sheriff’s Office as shown in the picture.
