The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive division arrested Clarence Eugene Overstreet today on warrants for violation of his probation. The violations include a failure to provide DNA sample and non payment of restitution. He was picked up at a location in East Brainerd and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
