Three arrested and two new additions to the

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive division was notified that three parties who were being shown on the “12 Most Wanted,” have been apprehended. The three are as follows: Richard Junior Wilson w/m age 29, Darrius Higgins b/m age 38 and Kenneth Lamar Hopkins b/m age 46.

This leaves room for two new additions to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office “12 Most Wanted.” The first will be Myron Pierre Walton b/m age 37, 5’ 4” weighing 140 lbs. with a last known address on Daisy Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is wanted for Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm while in Commission of a Felony, Aggravated Robbery as well as Probation Violations on the charges of Simple Assault and False Imprisonment.

The second addition is Marty Joe Witt b/m age 39, 6’ 2” weighing 130 lbs. and a last known address on 14th Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is wanted for Parole Violation on a charge of Robbery.

The HCSO Fugitive Division is requesting that anyone with information on the new additions to the Sheriff’s Office “12 Most Wanted,” or any being shown to call 423-209-7140 or the Sheriff’s Office dispatcher at 423-622-0022.
