This morning at approximately 8:39 a.m., the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was called to 4600 Sanabel Lane to investigate a collision between a truck and Norfolk Southern train. Sgt. David Tittle found that Noah Patrick Mangrum age 20, driving a 2001 Ford Ranger attempted to cross the railroad tracks on Sanabel Lane and was struck by a north bound Norfolk Southern train.

The vehicle was pushed off the tracks, overturning before coming to rest upright. The driver, Noah Mangrum was transported to Erlanger Medical Center by Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services for the injuries he sustained in the crash.

The investigation is continuing and being handled by the Traffic Division of the HCSO.
