Kimberly Diane Smith was placed on Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office “12 Most Wanted,” on May 14, 2010 but was not there long. Ms. Smith had outstanding warrants for Probation Violation/Arson.

On Thursday May 20, Deputy David McCann while working his shift, spotted the fugitive in the Bakewell area of Hamilton County. He immediately placed her in custody on the outstanding warrants and transported her to the Hamilton County Jail.
