The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was called to 599 Hotwater Road on May 16, 2010 at approximately 7:00 p.m. on a single vehicle traffic crash. On arrival deputies found a 1998 Dodge Dakota truck against the guardrail and a white male lying in the roadway. The initial investigation shows that the party was ejected from the vehicle and that he was not wearing a seatbelt. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services and was identified as Gregory Dean Graham, age 34 of Soddy Daisy.

The H.C.S.O. was assisted on the scene by Mowbray Mountain Volunteer Fire Department, Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services and the Soddy Daisy Police Department.

The investigation into the traffic crash is on-going and reconstructed by the H.C.S.O. Traffic Division.
