Yesterday morning, April 10, 2010 at approximately 11:00 a.m., deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, acting on information received regarding a methamphetamine lab responded to Motel 6, located at 7707 Lee Hwy. Room #219 was entered and a working meth lab was located by deputies. The occupant and renter of the room, Darrell Paul Hays w/m age 30, 6’1” weighing 175 lbs. was last seen in the Lee Hwy./ Bonny Oaks area, wearing faded baggy blue jeans and a gray zip up hoody. Narcotics Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office have filed Manufacturing Methamphetamine charges against Mr. Hays and he also has outstanding Methamphetamine warrants out of Minnesota as well.

Information was given to detectives that Mr. Hays has shaved his head since this report was first received. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Darrell Paul Hays is requested to contact the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office at 423-622-0022.
