A traffic crash involving two vehicles in the 8000 block of Mahan Gap Road was reported this morning at approximately 9:40 a.m. to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. Candice Willmore age 23 was traveling west bound on Mahan Gap road in a 2007 Saturn, when for unknown reasons, lost control of her vehicle and crossed the center line where she ended up in the path of David Lane age 37, who was traveling east bound in a 2007 Mazda.

There were three other passengers in the Mazda, one female adult and two children and all were transported to Erlanger Hospital by Hamilton County Emergency Services with non/life threatening injuries. Ms. Willmore, who was the only occupant in the Saturn, was transported to Erlanger Hospital with injuries that appeared to be critical.

Charges if any are pending the completion of the crash reconstruction and is being handled by Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division, Sgt. Mark Kimsey
