Marijuana grow lab located at a Middle Valley business

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported business burglary early this morning at Computer Repair located at 6921 Middle Valley Road, suite 118. While checking to secure the business, Deputies found approximately 115 suspected marijuana plants and equipment commonly associated with an indoor grow lab.

The investigation identified Steven Fisher w/m age 54, as the owner of the business. It was further found that Mr. Fisher lives at an address on Marshall Lane in Rossville, Georgia. The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office along with HCSO narcotic detectives located the suspect at his address along with his wife, Janet Fisher. Authorities confiscated a Mack 10 Machine Gun and more drugs at the residence. The Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm Agency (ATF) assisted with the investigation in both states and will review the case for possible federal charges.

The detectives also found that Mr. Fisher is wanted in the state of Florida on a Probation Violation. Both Steven Fisher and Janet Fisher face charges in Catoosa County, Georgia and will be charged in Hamilton County for Manufacturing Marijuana, Conspiracy and Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
