On Tuesday October 20, 2009 at approximately 10:00 a.m., Kendall Speegle turned himself into the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Division. He is charged with one count of Aggravated Burglary and two counts of Theft over $1000.00. There are additional charges pending against Mr. Speegle.

These charges are involving the recent rash of burglaries and thefts from vehicles that have occurred in the Highway 58, Ooltewah, Harrison and Snowhill areas of Hamilton County.
