The on-going investigation into recent criminal activity in the Harrison area of Hamilton County has lead the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office to several addresses in Massengale Hollow.

Early this morning, several different divisions and teams within the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office went to the Massengale Hollow area where Terry Davis w/m age 22, Marc Cresswell w/m age 46 and Ralph Cresswell w/m age 76 were arrested.

Terry Davis was charged with outstanding Burglary charges, Failure to Show and other charges are pending. Both Marc and Ralph Cresswell were charged with Criminal Facilitation after the fact.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is actively working to address the criminal activity that has occurred in the Highway 58/Harrison Bay area.
