On October 2, 2009 at approximately 5:43 pm the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was called to the 8900 block of Lovell Road on a traffic crash. When deputies arrived on the scene they found that a 1999 Suzuki being operated by Christopher L. Phillips age 35 had crashed.

Traffic Investigator Todd Cook found that Mr. Phillips was traveling south on Lovell road and while negotiating a sharp curve, lost control and left the roadway. The driver continued off the roadway until making contact with a culvert and at that time was thrown from the motorcycle.

Hamilton County Emergency Services were called for assistance but the driver was pronounced D.O.A. at the scene.
