The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Monty Millard this afternoon after allegations of violations of Ex Parte Order of Protection involving Sonja Millard.

Sergeant Mark Yeargan advised Mr. Millard was charged with a Violation of Ex Parte Order of Protection for two separate incidents. The first occurred on July 29, 2009 at Amigo’s Restaurant located at 1906 Dayton Blvd. The second occurred at the Red Bank Community Center on July 30, 2009. Mr. Millard was located at 1605 Croppie Circle and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
