Hamilton County, TN – The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is offering this update in regards to John Eaton.

Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office have been actively pursuing leads since the initial missing persons report was filed by a family member earlier this week. This investigation has concluded that John Eaton is not a victim of a crime nor is he believed to be in danger.

Detectives reached this conclusion after viewing security video from area businesses showing John Eaton conducting routine activities during the time frame he was reported missing.

Due to the determination that John Eaton is not endangered and no evidence of criminal activity, this case has been closed by the HCSO.
