<description>This afternoon at approximately 1:24 p.m.  a Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department 2012 Ford F 350 Medial Response Truck was traveling south bound in the 9100 block of Hixson Pike returning from a call.  The driver observed a black Ford F-150 extended cab truck traveling towards them in their lane.  The Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department vehicle then veered off the roadway to avoid a collision and hit a concrete culvert and a power pole.  The fire personnel were transported to an area hospital by private vehicle, where they were treated and released.</description>

He also had two counts of Theft over $500 along with some traffic related offenses.</description>

<description>On April 10, 2013, Deputy Greg Brown was conducting speed checks in the 5400 block of Highway 58.  He stopped a silver Acura operated by James Seal to deliver a speeding ticket and found that he had an active warrant on file.  The traffic stop for speeding ended with a large amount of drugs being found.  Deputy Brown seized five bags containing suspected cocaine, three bags of suspected marijuana, 301 pills, drug paraphernalia, cash and a sawed off shot gun.</description>
