The driver observed a black Ford F-150 extended cab truck traveling towards them in their lane. The Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department vehicle then veered off the roadway to avoid a collision and hit a concrete culvert and a power pole. He stopped a silver Acura operated by James Seal to deliver a speeding ticket and found that he had an active warrant on file. The traffic stop for speeding ended with a large amount of drugs being found.
