Hamilton County Sheriff's Fugitive Catch Rape Suspect - August 11th, 2008The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive division received warrants today on Lebron Jones age 47, wanted for two counts of Aggravated Rape and one count of Aggravated Kidnapping. During the investigation and running down leads on his whereabouts, information was obtained of a possible location. Fugitive Detective Gary Van Hooser found the suspect at an address on Jesse Conner road this afternoon and placed him in custody. The suspect was then transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was called to the 5900 block of Highway 58 yesterday afternoon at approximately 6:00 p.m. on a traffic related incident. On arrival, Traffic Investigator Eddie Sledge found that a 1997 Ford Ranger truck had been traveling south bound on Highway 58 driven by Eric Peace age 49. There were two other passengers inside the truck with a third riding in the truck bed of the vehicle. The passenger riding in the truck bed, Melvin Wooten age 41 fell from the vehicle causing serious injuries. He was transported to Erlanger Hospital.
Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was called to 13300 Jones Gap Road yesterday afternoon to investigate a one vehicle wreck. The driver, James Serre age 70 was operating a 2005 Ford Escape. He attempted to turn into a driveway at 13300 Jones Gap road and lost control which involved a roll over and the ejection of Mr. Serre from the vehicle. He was transported by Life Force to Erlanger Hospital with serious injuries.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office requests assistance from the media in helping to locate James Darrell Perry. Perry is wanted and has warrants on file for thirteen (13) counts of Burglary of an Auto and thirteen (13) counts of Theft. The incidents occurred May 10 thru July 8, 2008 at the Pocket Wilderness located at 354 Montlake Road in Hamilton County. The physical description of James Perry is a follows: Red hair, brown eyes, 6’ and weighs approximately 187 lbs. He was last seen driving a white Ford Escape with black trim bearing the license plate Tennessee 107-QXN.
