
The Human Resources Division is responsible for all functions relating to human resources management, including, but not limited to, interpreting and complying with EEO/Title VI requirements, discipline and discharge, sexual harassment, age discrimination, Americans with Disabilities Act, hiring and firing, sex discrimination, Civil Rights Act of 1964, Family and Medical Leave Act, department and civil service policies and procedures, and benefit and compensation plans.
